Weight Loss - Version 2.0

Since I am talking so much now about weight loss lately, particularly  fitness and weight goals, I thought I would start a page to track everything. I will post my weekly weigh in numbers here as well as track status of my goals.

Starting weight on 7/13 - 182 pounds

Ideal weight range 156-166 pounds

7/18 - 180.6 (-1.4 lbs.)
7/25 - 178.0 (-2.6 lbs.)
8/1 - 178.8 (+0.8 lbs.)
8/8 - 176.2 (-2.6 lbs.)
8/15 - 173.4 (-2.8 lbs.)
8/22 - 172.0 (-1.4 lbs.)
8/29 - 169.8 (-2.2 lbs.)
9/5 - 169.6 (-0.2 lbs.)
9/12 - 171.4 (+1.8 lbs.)
9/19 - 167.0 (-4.4 lbs.)
9/26 - 165.6 (-1.4 lbs.)
10/3- no weigh in - traveling in Austin
10/10- 170.0 (+4.4 lbs.) *no surprise there
10/17- no weigh in - wedding day :)
10/24- 169.4 (-0.6 lbs)
10/31- 169.8 (+0.4 lbs)
11/07- 169.0 (-0.8 lbs)

#1 Get down to 173 by 8/29 (this equates to a 9 pound loss over 7 weeks = ~1.3 lbs/wk) Reached this weight on 8/22

#2 Get down to 166 by 10/17 (this equates to a 16 pound loss over 14 weeks = ~ 1.15 lbs/wk) Reached this weight on 9/26 (of course traveling and wedding craziness meant that I was more than likely above 166 come wedding day, I am now working to get back down to 166 again)

#2 part 2- Get back down to 166 lbs. by 11/28

#3 Get down to 161 by 12/31 (this equates to a 21 pound loss over almost 25 weeks = ~0.85 lbs/wk)

*I note the pounds per week for each goal to show that these are realistic numbers. Definitely achievable goals if I continue to focus on the actions that help me lose J

#4 Complete Cize by 8/29 Completed on 8/29 (and it was awesome!)

#5 Complete Cize Live instructor training on 10/11 (Had to cancel due to cutting my foot open a week beforehand)

#6 Complete 10 week half marathon training and run 12th HM on 01/17

*I wanted to add that in February of 2011 my weight (the first time I had stepped onto a scale in years) was 286 pounds...losing 10-20 pounds, albeit challenging and still requires focus, seems like a very small molehill compared to the mountain I have previously scaled :)
